The LAIA-28 from Lynx Pro Audio is a high-output, self-powered (Class D bi-amplified) medium-format line array module, delivering a total of 1200W of power. It is equipped with advanced features including an integrated switching power supply with PFC (Power Factor Correction) and a powerful 64-bit/96KHz DSP. The digital processing utilizes FIR linear phase filtering for superior sound quality and linear frequency and phase response. The acoustic elements consist of two 8» LF transducers (2? voice coil) and a 1×1.4» exit throat HF driver (3? voice coil). This system provides a precise coverage of 100ºH×10ºV and can achieve a maximum SPL of 136 dB Peak.
The array is constructed from 15 mm Premium birch plywood with a Polyurea coating. Designed for a wide variety of applications, the LAIA-28 is an ideal solution for outdoor events, theatres, large stadiums/arenas, auditoriums, and houses of worship. Furthermore, the system offers online monitoring and can be controlled remotely using the OCS control platform via its Dual Ethernet port.
